Northbeach Surfshop (NBSS) has been the heartbeat of Haida Gwaii’s rugged surf scene. After 18 years of defining the "Cold-Water-Tuff" aesthetic from the edge of the world, this iconic IP is ready for its next chapter.
Founded by local surfer Mike MQuade in 2008 over many seasons he would turn a small gathering of like-minded surfers into a vibrant and passionate community of wave riders and ocean lovers. From pros and beginners, school kids and aunties, settlers and First Nations.
